Inspect the tracks around the vehicle: Check for cracks, stones, straw, and other debris on the rubber tracks, clean the inside of the tracks in a timely manner, and avoid wear and tear from hard objects on the tracks and support wheels.

Check the tension: Too loose can easily cause derailment, while too tight can exacerbate roller wear. It is advisable to press the middle of the track and hang it down by one finger width; If the track is found to be loose, you can use a grease gun to inject oil from the tensioning wheel to support it.

Check the wheel system and lubrication: check for oil leakage and eccentric wear in the drive wheel, guide wheel, and support wheel; Add lubricating grease to each wheel axle to shorten the filling cycle under soil conditions and prevent bearing rusting and locking.

Check the fluid level and leakage: check whether the engine oil, hydraulic oil, and water tank are sufficient, and whether there is any leakage in the body; After starting the engine, let it idle for 3-5 minutes, listen for any abnormal noise, and check the exhaust color.

Cleaning the chassis: After muddy operations, rinse the mud and sand on the chassis in a timely manner, dry the metal parts after flushing, and apply a thin layer of rust proof grease.

Tighten bolts: The fixing screws of the wheel frame and chassis are prone to loosening due to walking vibrations. Regularly tighten them to prevent component misalignment and derailment.

Change engine oil and filter element: Change the engine oil according to the actual working conditions, usually after 3-6 months or about 5000 kilometers; When changing the oil, clean the old oil and do not mix different brands of engine oil. At the same time, change the oil filter element.

Seasonal/gear oil change: Choose oil with good fluidity for low temperatures; Regularly check the lubricating oil of the gearbox, front axle, and end drive.

Check the brake and steering: Check the brake pedal travel, brake oil level, adjust the brake lever bolt, and ensure that the unilateral steering is sensitive.
